Bad Check Enforcement Program

One of the primary goals of the Check Enforcement Program is to return money to the victims.  Because this is a pre-trial diversion program, there is a strong incentive for check writers to comply – they pay full restitution and the required fees or face possible prosecution.  For the victim this process is very easy! Check offenders pay all the costs of the program, so the victims pay absolutely nothing. 

You can take advantage of this FREE Check Enforcement Program by receiving a Merchant’s Bad Check Protection Kit.  This Kit includes Guidelines for Handling Checks, Program Registration, Bad Check Complaint Form, Cash Register Signs and Several Other Items.
