The Municipal Court schedules arraignments, pre-trial hearings, non-jury and jury trials, sentencing, reviews, etc. The Municipal Court coordinates related services including legal representation for indigent persons, probation, and interpreter services.
Jurisdiction If you received a citation issued by the City of Medical Lake Police Department, or Code Enforcement Officer, for a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor criminal offense, traffic infraction or code violation that occurred in the city limits, your ticket will be filed in the Medical Lake Municipal Court.
Court appearances are held each Wednesday in the Council Chambers located in the upstairs of City Hall. The administrative office for the Medical Lake Municipal Court is located just inside City Hall (124 S. Lefevre St.).
If you received a ticket from the State Patrol or the Spokane County Sheriff's Department please contact Spokane County District Court.
